Our bike routes, especially \u00c2\u00a0in the central areas of the city, are highly problematic because of short-cut SOV traffic. I complained about this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.digitalcobbler.com\/?p=49\" target=\"_blank\">before<\/a>.
